The UKBA reminds UK visa applicants of these news changes to some forms as follows:

Applicants who apply for UK visas from April 6 are advised to use the latest forms. In addition to introducing new forms, the UKBA also published amended UK Immigration Rules on 15 March 2012, along with some policy guidance documents to explain the changes and help applicants use the new forms.

If people submit an application on or after 6 April 2012, the UKBA will consider it under the revised Immigration Rules which take effect on 6 April.
